Reflective Roof Coatings
Use of highly reflective roofing membranes and coatings gives you energy savings, and can greatly reduce your heating bills in the winter and your electric bills for cooling in the summer.
Vanguard Roofing installs and services all 10 Topcoat® elastomeric roofing products. Topcoat® liquid membranes and coatings that Vanguard provides include:
- Topcoat® membrane: Water-based, spray-applied; forms a seamless 100% acrylicelastomeric membrane
- Topcoat® membrane WOB: Water-based, brush, roll or spray-applied; forms a seamless rubber membrane
- Topcoat® MB Plus: Water-based, low VOC, acrylic, sprayable polymeric liquid; forms seamless rubber membrane

- Fireshield® MB: Water-based, 100% acrylic; forms a seamless rubber membrane
- Fireshield® SB: Solvent-based, liquid thermoplastic rubber sealant; forms a seamless rubber membrane
